アルバム・タイトルは、「New Wave Of Adult Oriented Rock」を略したもので、新曲2曲(新ミックス1曲)に加え、アルバム・タイトル通りのイメージに相応しいNEW WAVE的なものからAOR的な既存曲5曲をピックアップし、EP用に再ミックスした作品。
ゲスト・ミュージシャンとしてEmily、Koji Takagi(Pictured Resort)、Sunao(Luby Sparks)、Yuto Sawai(猫戦)が参加。
1曲目は、今回のEPの為の新曲「Deep In Vague Days」で鍵盤を主体にしたアップテンポなトラックとノスタルジックなメロディが特徴の楽曲。
2曲目は、80年代シンセ/ダンスポップへのオマージュを散りばめ、女性ボーカルをフィーチャーしたキャッチーなナンバー「Thousand Visions」。
3曲目は、The 1975等の現行のロックサウンドの影響を受けながら、ゲートリバーブのドラムサウンドやPrefab Sproutを連想させるFairlightシンセのボイスの使用等、80年代の音楽を随所にアレンジに盛り込んだ爽快感のあるポップナンバー「Dancing The Summer Away」。
4曲目「Afterwerk 」も今回の為の新曲でシンセポップ/テクノポップのフレイヴァーに溢れるインタールード的な楽曲。
5曲目は、Pictured Resortとのコラボレーションによるディスコ・ソウル調ナンバー「In The High-RIses」。
6曲目「Splendid Silent Sun」は、60-70年代のモータウン等のソウルミュージック・R&Bをベースにノスタルジックな雰囲気も漂わせながら、随所にシンセサイザーサウンドも織り交ぜたポップナンバー。
7曲目は、Pictured Resortがギターアレンジで参加したコラボレーション作で架空のサウンドトラックのようなインストゥルメンタル曲を最新ミックスにしている。
合計7曲を収録したNaive Superの世界観をパッケージングした集大成的な内容となっている。
また、本作のレコードは、代々木上原のレコード・ブティックAdult Oriented Recordsよりリリースされる。

Naive Super、最新EP「NWOAOR」のリリースにあわせて、前作のEP「Pacific Sketches」もデジタル・リリース開始。

Naive Super(ナイーヴ・スーパー)

シンセ/キーボード奏者として活動するYushi Ibukiによるホームメイド・シンセポップ・プロジェクト。
2019年7月に数量限定でリリースしたCassette Tape「Pacific Sketches」が即完売となり、同年10月にリリースしたアナログ12INCH「Pacific Sketches」も即完売。
2020年10月には、野宮真貴、sugar meをfeat.した楽曲の7INCH「Memories Of Moonage Nightlife feat. Maki Nomiya」、2023年9月には、7曲入りの12INCH EP「NWOAOR」をAdult Oriented Recordsよりリリースする。
2020年の4月よりデジタルにて連続リリースを続けており、多数BGMで起用されるなど話題になっている。
