nujabesに若干19歳でその才能を発掘されたnitsua。
2009年にhydeout productionsからのアルバムリリースのオファーを受け、nujabes等のアドヴァイスを基に内容をブラッシュアップ。
リリース目前までいくも、2010年のnujabesの急逝によりお蔵入りとなってしまった幻のアルバムがようやく解禁。
本アルバム収録の「morning horizon」をはじめとする楽曲を聴いて、nujabesは彼の曲作りのセンスを「自分が作っていると思う位、同じ感覚を持っている」と高く評価。
同じく19 歳でhydeout productionsよりアルバムをリリース、世にその名を知らしめたジャマパーに次ぐ、次世代を担う逸材として大きな期待を寄せていた。
その経緯もあり、nujabesトリビュートアルバムとなる「moral soul classics II dedicated to nujabes」では本アルバムに元々収録予定だった”no one like you”を本名の Zack Austin名
